Very quick response. Eze was excellent came in the middle of the night and tackled the emergency quickly. He was back the next morning to complete clean-out replacement. Original was buried and required much digging. Very professional, very hardworking. Big job and he finished in one day!

The plumber who came to check our leak was good and quick. But overall not the best experience with the management. First there was a misunderstanding and they did not let me know that my appointment was automatically cancelled. Then they arrived 2 hours late.
But the plumber olejandro was extremely good and was able to quickly find the cause of the leak. He then gave me an estimate for the fix. I paid the $150 service charge which they said would be deducted from my final estimate. I received the invoice but no call back for the actual work. However i was reached out by the company with an apology. So im giving 5 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Very fast and reliable service! I had a small leak, which I couldn't locate. I called 5 Star Plumbing and they were able to get someone out within 24 hours. The tech, who was very helpful, was able to locate the leak, which turned out to be three new sprinkler control values, which I just had installed a few months ago.
