Benjamin from 5-star provided outstanding service in less than ideal conditions. He successfully removed and replaced a badly damaged component with competence and skill, was timely on the job and personable while working diligently. Honestly I didn’t know if he would be able to save the affected valve housing without complete replacement. Not only did he expertly handle the problem, he provided a quote that was unexpectedly reasonable for a major repair job I may need soon. Amazing company, amazing service. I had an emergency plumbing issue, a sewage stoppage, so I contacted 5 Star due to the great reviews. Amir came out the next morning and cleared everything for me. He explained everything he needed to do and was so friendly and professional about it. He cleared the problem, which I thought would take all day but he was done in hours. I called 5 Star Plumbing because a toilet at my dealership was leaking.
When I first called, Mo answered and was able to get me scheduled, which I appreciated. However, during the call, I was interrupted several times while explaining my information. My email address was written down incorrectly, so I didn’t receive the receipt until later. I understand my email is long, but I was in the process of clearly and phonetically spelling it out when I was cut off, which led to the mistake. Customer communication and patience go a long way, especially when trying to earn and maintain business relationships.
That being said, Amir did a great job. He arrived on time, diagnosed the toilet issue, explained what needed to be replaced, and ordered the correct part. Mo later followed up, we corrected the email issue, and scheduled the return visit. Amir came back early (which I appreciated), and he quickly and efficiently replaced the flush valve.
Overall, the repair work itself was excellent. I would just encourage a bit more attentiveness and patience during phone conversations. Thank you.

Amir from 5 Star Plumbing was excellent. Pricing was very reasonable, and scheduling was easy. We booked Wednesday night for 4:30pm the next day, and he was able to show up early at 11am.
He coordinated seamlessly with my contractor, removed the old water heater in the late morning, and returned late afternoon to install a Bradford White unit with a thermal expansion tank after drywall was finished. My contractor said Amir was friendly and got along with everyone.
Professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend Amir and 5 Star Plumbing.

called about replacing my water heater on the 3rd of february 2026, was told over the phone that the appointment would be for the next day. when i got the confirmation email it said the appointment was scheduled for the 5th instead of the 4th, i thought whatever mistakes happen. well they didn’t get all the information they needed from me and ordered the wrong water heater, so it gets pushed back to the 6th. this is annoying but again i do my best to overlook it. then the technician, Eze, gets to my place and removes my water heater. he then tells me the one they got is too tall to fit in my house, so they’ll need to order a different one. except he starts talking about how 48in water heaters are sooo hard to find, and they will have to take all weekend calling around to find one for me. they offer an insanely expensive tankless option for quicker service, i decline. i’m told i’ll get a call back on monday the 9th. i receive no call back so i call the office myself at the end of the day, only to get no further information on when or if they can get me a water heater. so on the 10th i call around and find another place that installed it the next day (the 11th). i now have a new 40gal tank water heater that took no time at all to order that fits in my house, and have yet to get a call back from 5-star. they charged me $1000 for just the removal, and then left me without a water heater for 5 days with absolutely no estimate for when i would get one. they absolutely were trying to trap me into the expensive and high maintenance tankless option, as no other plumbers mentioned a 48in being hard to find. i recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

The pan that went underneath the heater he used the last one at his previous job so he had to go get another one.
Then the manufacturer failed to put in the vent that goes on top of the heater. After half an hour of looking then another twenty minutes of phone calls with me helping him on a couple he found one at Red's Plumbing. He drove up there and bought the last one. Rheems fault.
Things happen. We have water though.
I work nights. It's going to be a long night on two hours of sleep.

Excellent service!!! We ended up needing a new hot weather heater and Amir rearranged his schedule to make it happen that day! He was very knowledgeable and polite. I called 5 star plumbing as the upstairs shower leaked into the kitchen. Response was quick and they sent out a plumber the next day. Peter arrived and figured instantly what the issue was. He fixed it and we haven't had an issue since. He is very knowledgeable. Prices are competitive. Will definitely call again if I have any future plumbing issues.

Our washer and dryer piping was leaking. 5 star plumbing came out and quickly and professionally fixed the issue, cleaned up after themselves - and did a really good job throughout. I can’t say enough at how well Eze did on the job, and they let me know the job is warranties since the work is through them, which I love. I would use them again for this last project and will use them for future plumbing projects.

Very quick response. Eze was excellent came in the middle of the night and tackled the emergency quickly. He was back the next morning to complete clean-out replacement. Original was buried and required much digging. Very professional, very hardworking. Big job and he finished in one day!

The plumber who came to check our leak was good and quick. But overall not the best experience with the management. First there was a misunderstanding and they did not let me know that my appointment was automatically cancelled. Then they arrived 2 hours late.
But the plumber olejandro was extremely good and was able to quickly find the cause of the leak. He then gave me an estimate for the fix. I paid the $150 service charge which they said would be deducted from my final estimate. I received the invoice but no call back for the actual work. However i was reached out by the company with an apology. So im giving 5 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I broke a water hose bib on the exterior of my home and needed a plumber right away, as I wasn’t sure which of the 4 water valves, in front of my house, was the water main. My insurance policy required a smart shutoff valve to be installed. I contacted several companies who were able to quote me a price with little to no difficulty, but these guys were less $ And they demonstrated that they knew what I was asking for and needed to satisfy my insurance requirements beyond a shadow of doubt. Excellent fast service. Called after waiting for another plumbing service for 2 days to come out to provide service. Spoke with Leo on the telephone who informed me a plumbing technician could be at my residence within an hour. Very fast and reliable service! I had a small leak, which I couldn't locate. I called 5 Star Plumbing and they were able to get someone out within 24 hours. The tech, who was very helpful, was able to locate the leak, which turned out to be three new sprinkler control values, which I just had installed a few months ago. I will definitely use them the next time I have a plumbing issue.
