A plumber was “dispatched” and said he could not fix it until he ordered a new tankless water heater. He then said his estimate was either $3600 or $3800. Comcast sent their supervisor out and within less than 10 min could tell it was not the unit that was hit, it was a simple external copper pipe. We paid about $140 and nothing was solved or diagnosed properly. if it had not been for the Comcast crew that knows plumbing and construction, we would hav been out $3600, or actually Comcast would. Very early in the morning, we heard a dripping come from a wall between the master bedroom and the master shower. It sounds like a clock.
